Aorus Z390 Ultra Bluetooth + Samsung VR controller tracking

My Samsung Odysessy + plus VR headsets left controller is not tracking so I tried to update  "Gigabyte USB DAC-UP 2" via Aorus APP Center but it doesn't install after restart.

 The Samsung controller works on a MSI MEG Creation x399 motherboard so I know its not hardware issue.

I've updated bluetooth gigabyte drivers to lastest [20.70.0.4] & also Intel drivers later drivers [20.100.0.5] but both don't help.

Anyone else having issues like this?

SOLVED: update to "windows 10 October 1809", now both samsung controllers track fine, left has bright LED's like right .

 "Gigabyte USB DAC-UP 2" update still needs addressing but support have now fiven me standalone file (rather than using App updater) so i'll try that.
