USB ports 2.0 not Working Anymore

My mortherboard Can not see i have my headset Or webcam connected to the Blue USB ports i have Windows 10 version 1909 i have mortherboard z77x-d3h

When did the ports last work?
What's changed?
Have you reviewed Device Manager for problems or issues?
