No display after beginning to install Win10 - H110M-S2H
« on: June 19, 2020, 09:32:46 am »
After over coming all the former problems, I've started to install win10 from a cd to the ssd. it went all well up to the point when you have to set the country/region. the display became dark and that's it. I've tried to restart, the Gigabyte logo flashes for a split second and the display remains dark. I've tried to disconnect the ssd and the cd rom in order to try and enter the bios but the problem exists. I've tried to unplug the mains and shortend the clear-cmos, but to no avail. could you offer some advise? at least, how to get access again to the bios, I'll try to install a former version of windows that I have, windows7. let me point that before I've started to install the win10, I've made sure that in the bios it was set to the win8, 10 option.

If you are using 2 sticks of memory try just using one to see if you can get it to boot. If that does work try to re-seat the CPU.
