Is the new cpu cooler compatable and is my ram and the rest of my stuff compatible.

I have build 2 on the new socket. Everything is compatible with the new socket. Other then the CPU. On the cooler they haven't change the holes from 1156. They have been the same for all of them. 1156, 1155, 1150, 1151 and now 1200.

Plus one other thing is all CPU's are now Hyper threading i3, i5, i7 & i9.

So am I right to understand all is compatible and good to go even the ram, the only thing I need to check is whether there is enough clearance in my case for the cooler.    regards

I feel that Hyper threading is only good when you doing a lot things at the same time. For years it didn't really help in gaming.

But yes you are good to go on everything. I have found that some older video cards do run on them. But you will have problems with booting & in windows. To run a older video cards you have to disabled CSM to get them to boot. The older cards have some problems going into sleep mode and coming out.

I have tried RX-580 & 590 cards and gave me boot problems. Those cards run GDRR5. But your video card should be fine it runs GDDR6. I have two cards with GDDR6 and they run fine.

Yes, the T4 supports LGA1200.

It not a high end cooler, but can work.  Good static pressure and a quality case with good airflow will further contribute to your success.  If your plan is to OC, this may not provide the amount of cooling you might need.
