Hi, is there any chance someone could brake down for me the flat 8pin pcie power connector? I found layout of normal 8pin pcie connector but planing put water block on but this adapter is just hanging out. I could do cable myself if I would know the connection pins order. Any help would be appreciated.

Not clear what you want to do.  The card has 2 8-Pin connectors.  If your PSU has 8 pin use that, otherwise 6+2.

Custom?  Careful you don't short out your card.
