I have MB X79-UD3 rev. 1 and I wonder if there is a suitable TPM for this motherboard or is the upgrade of the system inevitable?
More likely you might have to upgrade your board. Microsoft is only going back to the 8th gem CPU's. But they are testing 7th gen CPU's. You CPU is like the 2nd gen in that series.
I'm a Microsoft Partner and I'm not going to use it at first. Yes I will test it on a computer. But it will not be a computer I use daily. They tried to control stuff with secure boot that didn't go very well either.
Now they are really trying to control everything you put on your computer.
