Did you try to reset the Bios. That is pull the battery and put a jump on the two Cmos pins for about couple mins. Pull the jumper put the battery back in and try it. Plus just asking does it show the new Bios in the Bios.
With Celeron G5905 BIOS has been verified to be F22.
I did also several CMOS resets to mobo.
Advancement.
CPU CORE I5-11600 later tests I discovered there is no VGA video output but DVI and HDMI are present.
That means I5-11600 on H470M DS3H can't supply VGA output with BIOS F22.
VGA output was present with Prevoius CPU I5-10500 (don’t have this CPU anymore) and now with BIOS F22 with Celeron G5905
Question why VGA signal is missing I5-11600?
PS. Now also HDMI is present CPU CORE I7-11700F + Graphics adapter (PCIE16 GT1030 2GB GDDR5 GV-N1030SL-2GL GIGABYTE) but it's a next thread why this initial new setup couldn't function.
