Gigabyte Control Centre

I have just carried out a clean install of Windows 10 Pro on a Gigabyte Z790 D DDR4.

I installed the GCC to help with updates. It is a black window with illegible white writing, is there any way to make it follow my Windows theme please so I can read it? It doesn't seem to have any of the usual Windows controls like close/minimise/restore etc.

I pressed the "Update" button and a notice appeared saying "Need close GCC program!" Without any controls or buttons Task Manager is the only way to do that but that closes it completely. What am I supposed to do at that point please?

1st of all why are you running windows 10 on that board? Unless Microsoft fix it windows 10 it doesn't know how to switch CPU's. It sounds like you were running it before.

All I can say is that this is a user to user forum. Support really doesn't come here. I would contact support. They will work with you. But they might ask you the same question. Why are you running windows 10?

Yes I still running windows 10 on my main computer. But it doesn't have dual CPU's. It is a 2066 with a i9 CPU. Plus I'm getting ready to do a clean install of windows 11 on it too. Plus when it comes to drivers I don't update drivers other then the Video driver. "If it isn't broke don't fix it"
