Retailer I bought from wont RMA cos of bent pins

Gigabyte service center said to return Board + CPU + Ram to them for testing ?
May be the only choice I have left other than to buy another Mobo

Send it to the Gigabyte centre then I am sure that if you contact runn3R next week when he is back from his holidays that he will be able to arrange for you to RMA it. So you have got bent pins then and that was your problem I guess.

the pins got bent after the 3rd removal of my CPU to check for bent pins

the service centre repaired it for me when I sent it back to them but it still isnt right

Oh I see. I guess it must be the BIOS then from what you have said. It really needs sorting out though as it has been going on long enough now.
