Bios setting for PCI Card

I have a pci express card Asus Radeon 4350 board a so called silent graphic card with 1GB memory on board its in the first Pcie slot on the Mother board. theere is a setting in bios for first display should thos be set to pci or pcie express. what difference does this make.

It won't make a lot of difference anyway only in the time it takes to find the card when booting. Set it to PEG or PCIexpress for the best setting.
