irishbug, if post screen shows EX58-SLI then you have exactly this mobo, check the model markings on the pcb
and the only path for you is to use the -SLI bios for this particular mb.
after some longer search i have found it, look:
http://br.gigabyte.com/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ProductID=3022&ver=
Beekeeper, you got it man! Hit it right on the head. I copied the BIOS to a flash drive, and booted into Q Flash and it was going to update. I stopped short so I could get some more information on it though. Wow, how does Gigabyte get away with something like that? So confusing, the site isn't in english either, so I never would have been able to find it. Now if I can just find that page in english, I'll be good to go! LOL Maybe thats why @BIOS didn't list it either, since the next BIOS update after F9 is a (Beta) they just don't list it until it's not a Beta anymore. Thanks for taking the time for me, and thanks to all who helped and gave information on this too.
Again, thanks!
