I did like the overall look to be honest and it would look awsome in my black case. Really cool heatsinks.

J/K I'm a fair kinda guy so I wouldn't do that anyway.   I know many users like black PCB, I bet part of their thinking with this was to get the Asus users who always say "I'd use Gigabyte if it wasn't for the blue PCB they use"

Yes that's true. I remember when I used to frequent their forums(well I still do but don't tell anyone) there were always a lot of comments on the colour of the Gigabyte boards.

Ya people used to hate on them bad when it was blue PCB with orange and yellow (Rainbow), ect memory and PCIE slots.

I think they had it perfect now with X58 all blue styles and light blue/white slots, looks great.   The only thing I would've changed was to UV reactive blue slot parts.

Of course I will!   Looks like not as many user are going to agree with me as I thought would, hope they are only doing this as a test or only with socket 1155.

I'll have to cry if socket 2011 comes out black too
