Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
So was it running alright before you did the BIOS flash?
What utility did you use to flash the update?

This started after a  complete bios reset (it was upgraded)  and remove of cpu and all other components and battery,  because I think it was like a magnetic attack from storm or something like that and I was pretty scared  but it worked again just like now, i thought maybe i should upgrade bios and load defaults which I did it today it is same again!!! I don't see anything wrong in bios it is all by default.
sorry for my English

So basically you had an electric storm and then the problems started. We could have saved a lot of time if you had just said this at the beginning.  The pulse has probably corrupted the BIOS (if you're lucky that's all it's done).

So I would advise you to reflash the BIOS after clearing the CMOS and then on the QFlash main screen disable the Keep DMI Settings before you continue with the flashing of the BIOS. You can then load BIOS Optimised defaults and if you are lucky your system will be back to normal. ;)
