X58A-UD3R northbridge LEDs visible?

X58A-UD3R northbridge LEDs visible?

The heatsink over the X58A-UD3R's northbridge blocks a direct view of the NB voltage/temperature LEDs. Would the glow still be visible if those LEDs were lit?

Yes I know it's bad designing isn't it? I would think that you would still see that there was a light coming from underneath though if you looked for it.
