Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
There are a couple of different reasons that this could be happening. One is bent pins in the CPU socket the other is outdated BIOS  version. Also it may be that the PSU is a bit low powered. The manual recommends 550W min.

Well the other thing to check is the CPU socket. You will need to remove (very carefully) the CPU and heatsink/fan assembly first. Then look closely at the pins in the socket and see if any are out of alignment even a little. If you are unsure take a couple of Macro(close up) photos and post them on here and we can check them for you. They must be clear though.

The thing is you won't get anywhere by guessing! It is not enough to say it may not be something without even testing it.

I have not heard of that but you would need to take it up with your local Gigabyte service centre.

Right, slowly, slowly, catchee monkee...and then a quick machette blow and.. ;D

Have you cleared the CMOS properly?
If not do it now and remove the battery for ten minutes after unplugging from the mains and pressing the power button to clear any residual power.
Load BIOS optimised settings and save and exit.

Post back when you have done that.

OK no problem. All I ask is that you do what I say and don't get sidetracked. That way it will be much quicker.
