Your CPU temp would seem to me to be about normal using the stock cooler. You could try reseating the cooler, remembering to replace the thermal grease, as sometimes this can help lower them a bit more. Also, check the airflow through your PC Chassis is adequate as sometimes this can also lead to slightly higher temps.
As DM says, the BEEPS do sound like warning alarms and the only way of knowing for sure is to try disabling them, one at a time, to see if the beeping stops. I have come across situations where AMD's Cool N Quiet technology can slow the Cooler fan down to the point that the alarm is set off, even though there is nothing wrong and this is the first place that I would look as the probable cause.
