Hi
I have just been looking at yhour screengrabs and the first thing I noticed was that you weren't using the XMP function that normally comes with Corsair Dominator RAM which is I assume what you are running. So try loading that and see if it gives you any more stability.
QPI stands for Quick Path Interconnect and has taken over from the old FSB Front Side Bus. The only problem with it is that you can't just increase the voltage on it as you would have doen previously to compensate for the extra loading of more memory etc because it is tied into the memory controller on the CPU.
uncore is the parts of the processor that controll the cache, PCIE and memory controller. The uncore setting needs to be 1-2 above the memory multiplier setting so if you are using the multiplier of 10x then you need to set the uncore to 20-22. On auto it is probably set too high.
