Hi there.
Just a quick question on behalf of my friend that has the above board.
Recently he has been suffering from BSOD's in Windows Vista which we appear to have found the problem and stopped it, but I noticed today that when he booted up his computer after a clean out of dust, that his memory was in "interweaved" mode.
I know that the general advbice for AMD boards is to have it as "unganged", but Im not sure whart the recommened settings are for Intel Gigabyte boards.
His memory is currently two sticks of DDR3 2gb which is supposed to be 800 mhz but gets detected as 667 mhz. Im not certain of the make as the memory heat sinks have been replaced with ones for DDR2
but CPU-Z says its Micrcon Technology (is that Kingston RAM?)
Im thinking of upgrading his memory for some faster DDR3 and will check the memory support list before getting some (probably Team branded memory as I know that works fine in my board, and in his when he was running DDR2 type memory)
