I have a h55m-usb3 with a i5 680. Which would good ram to compliment this setup?

What do you guys think would work best(if you have other recomendations I'd love to here them)? Would there be a great advantage of going with the 1600 ram? The motherboard also says the dimms are 1.5v so could I even use ram that is spec'd at 1.65? Are all these capatible with the board?
I was also eyeing these mushkins but they don't seem as nice for the money.
