Hi,
I've got a big issue with creating (and running) an array with Highpoint Rocketraid 2720 using a Gigabyte X58A-UDR3 motherboard. Almost immediately after creating an array (doesn't matter if it JBOD or RAID5) all the drives in the array fail and goes offline. Have tried both using the Rocketraid bios and the management tool in windows.
After days of troubleshooting (other disks, a new 2720-card, testing RAM, other graphic cards, etc) I tried the card with my old motherboard, GA-P35-DS4, and it worked perfectly. So there is some sort of compatibility issue with the MB. I've tried the raid card in all PCI-E slots but same problem.
This is what the windows event log says:

Any ideas what to do or is my only option to go looking for another MB?
