GA-H55-UD3H and blue screen

We have three computers with the same configuration. It is GA-H55-UD3H motherboard with Intel i5 760 processor and Mushkin module kit 1600Mhz RedLine CL6 996805. Only one computer have different memory modules and it is> Mushkin BlackLine CL6 1600MHZ 996959.
Problem is: when I try to install windows 7, in the middle of installation,  I have warrning that some files missing, and installation just quit.
When I move one memory module from mother board, installation works fine. When I boot windows 7 with one module everything is ok.
When I put other module in the DIMM slot, windows 7 cannot boot, or it can boot but when I login, the blue screen shows me hardware error and system shuts down.
That is the problem with both memory kits, Red and Black line. 
If you could help me, I would appreciate you very much.

Well normally Mushkin is top quality memory. Can you give us some idea of the rest of your setup including PSU ?

You did purchase these modules as matching kits, yes ?

I forgot to say PSU is Chieftec ANP-405A 405W, Bulk.
It's interesting that model doesn't exist on Chieftec site. We buy it in our local PC shop.

Well try upping your memory voltage to 1.55v and the QPI/Vtt to 1.2-1.3v you may need to play around with this figure to get stability.

What multiplier have you got the memory set to and what about the uncore?

The PSU is lower than recommended and could cause problems.

Your memory multiplier is on Auto but is actually 8x so the uncore should be between 16 and 18x which it is . You could always try uppping it a touch but I would see what happens with the other settings for now.

I have made changes in BIOS, configuring BIOS settings for RAM latency, voltage and frequency. I found memory specification on Mushkin site, and made changes in BIOS like specification tells. Memory is 996959 BlackLine, (http://www.mushkin.com/Memory/Blackline/996959.aspx). I make Latency like 6 9 7 24, QPI/VTT Voltage 1.21 DRAM Voltage: 1.61V.
And when I save configuration and exit, my computer make terrible sound. . ..First interupted sound about 5 sec and then continous sound at highest tone.
At next POST, computer have back default memory frequency at 1333, and there is a messagge of warning that some changes are made about frequency and voltage.

Right that makes things a bit clearer now that I can see the memory specs and not guessing any more.

Set the memory voltage to 1.66v

Set the timings as you have them

Set the QPI/Vtt to 1.3v (you may have to experiment with this voltage between 1.16 and 1.4v)

I have try alll combination of voltages, just like you said> DRAM 1.66V and 1.17,1.19,1.21,1.23,1.25,1.27,1.27,1.29,1.31,1.33,1.35,1.37,1.39.
And I didn't have any success.
Every POST have this message of warning>
The system has experienced boot features because of overclocking or changes of voltages. Last settings in BIOS setup may not coincide with current H/W states.

And frequency is back on 1333.

Well then I think the next thing is to set everything to stock and then download and run Memtest86+.

Memtest86+        http://www.memtest.org/

Insert one stick of memory in slot 1 and run Memtest on it for at least 10 loops and if there are no errors then swap it over with the next one and continue untill you have checked all  modules.

If you have any errors the module is faulty.

If you have any faulty modules you will have to return the whole kit as they are matched.

Post back when you have done that with the results.

I have tried testing both RAM modules with memtest and everything is OK. No errors shows test.
But I didn't understand what you tell me about looping. I've pass 1 test for every module.
Is in it enough?

No one test is nowhere near enough.

You must run the full test at least ten times in a row on each module singularly.

I tried memtest on one module, just like you sad, 10 loops in a row and everything is ok.
We didn't have time to test other modules. We need computers to be functional.
We returned all three sets of modules, and we replace them with Kingston.
Then I just setup BIOS configuration like KINGSTON need, and overclock memory to 1600MH.
Everything is fine now. Works just great.

That is good news. I figured it must be to do with the memory.
