I have already tried the following:

Unplugging all ram boards (no beeps), Unplugging everything else and running on bare minimum (no beeps)
Tried 2 different graphics cards and 2 different monitors. (No Avail)
Tried running the cpu without a heatsink for 5 seconds. (it heats up, indicating its working)
Brought a 750w PSU (no difference)
Everything is powered and plugged in right.
Installed New CPU cooler and re-applied thermal paste correctly.
Removed the battery and tried to reset cmos via jumpers (no go)
Tried unplugging the main power and holding the on/off button for 60 seconds.
Tried leaving it on for 60 minute then restarting.
Checked System Speaker was plugged in, checked graphics card is seated properly and cpu/heatsink is seated properly.
Also checked that it was earthed correctly and no possibility of shorting out.

All the fans are spinning and all the lights are on but no video and no boot up sounds =/

System Specs:

GA-N650SLI-DS4L Motherboard
6GB DDR2 Ram
XFX Nvidia 8800GTS
Evo PSU 750W

Pretty much done everything I would suggest lol! When you say you've tried using the bare essentials what do you mean by that? Did you take the board out of the case compleatly, put it on some cardboard, then just plug in PSU, CPU + heatsink, graphics card, 1 stick of memory? (may want to try each stick individually) if so sounds like a duff board i'm afraid, possibly the CPU...but in 99.999% of the cases its the motherboard.

Yeh i sent it to the shop.

I Tried the benchmark test thing with the non-conductive box test, no results.
and yes i did try every ram board on its own, except i didn't hear beeps when there
was none inserted.

This problem is resolved as a blown motherboard, thanks guy ^^

Yeah thought it was a dead motherboard. Going to RMA it?
