I don't know if it can damage another drive or not but I do know that it is advised to disconnect all other drives before applying the update.

I think I would rerun the tests because the new test results for the 4K - 64Thrd Read seemed exceptionally high. Much higher than usual so I would suspect an error there. If you check your other results they all just about show a slight improvement.
