I also try Enable XMP reinstall fresh Windows, the Windows can startup but few minutes blue screen will come again. which kind setting I can use this memory, or this memory not compatible in GA-X58A-UD5 motherboard.

my PC config as below;

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

The stop code that the BSOD is displaying is tell you that you have the the incorrect QPI/Vtt voltage ( to much/not enough). You might need to make a note of the XMP settings and then manually set them in the BIOS instead of letting the SPD do it automatically.

That is precisely my point. You have left it on Auto but it needs to be configured manually. Auto just doesn't work sometimes.

Yes the QPI/Vtt voltage will probably need to be increased looking at your auto set voltage for this item. You could increase it as far as about 1.4v but you probably won't need to go that far.

I try to your suggestion increase voltage of QPI/Vtt to 1.4v, but in bios show when in select 1.4v color will change in pink mean over clock too high, I also decrase voltage to 1.2V and 1.3V to try, the result same as before. I give up I will take memory back to shop refund, thanks your help may be this mode ram not fully copatible in my pc.

It is important to make sure that when you purchase memory now that you buy matching kits and make sure it is compatible with your motherboard otherwise you are going to have an uphill struggle.

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

The memory you have quoted isn't listed as compatible by Corsair but there is a very similar one that should be fine instead.

CMP12GX3M3A1600C9

You can check out any others by filling in the relevant answers here :  http://www.corsair.com/learn_n_explore/

I was thinking of the suggested dominator.. but then i noticed that the voltage on the dominator is 1.6 whereas the motherboard suggests 1.5
So I am now confused.

The Dominators will work fine, in fact I run them myself and they are rock solid. The thing is to run them at 1600 they are basically overclocked so that means that they require a slight voltage increase. 1.65v for the Doms is fine. You will find that they come with an XMP attached which will automatically ramp up the settings for you.

I am a newbie and not familiar with overclocking...

I expect that we can get the Vengence memory to work on this motherboard or you can return it for a refund and change to the Dominators.
