Should I Update My BIOS?
« on: May 04, 2011, 08:15:59 am »
I have a P67A-UD4-B3 which is still in f1 version of bios and i don't have any problems at all. Should I update the BIOS? Is there any improvement or added features in the latest versions? Thanks!

Hi

The usual adage applies here "if it ain't broke don't fix it". In other words if you are not having any problems then there is no point updating the BIOS.

"if it ain't broke don't fix it" sums this up in 1.

Sometimes I should listen to this saying as 99% time its spot on :P

This one DM?  Per our PM?

Yes, I'd actually advise updating the BIOS, P67 is very finicky anyway so it's really best to be using the latest BIOS.  However, if you don't want to and are not having any issues you will be ok staying on F1
