Normal operation after a Bios reset..........will not damage you rig..........sounds like the XMP profile might be a bit adventuresome for the Voltage (memory Voltage) and it's resetting to a lower setting before it can boot........try going into Bios on a cold boot and write down the setting in the memory field and check if it corresponds with documentation/website if there the same......might just need to be set manually with a tad more volts.

                                                                                                      OR

You could try loosening those fast memory timings a wee bit manually and see if it performs better

sometimes you just have to dive in at the deep end, I can't do it for you, What I do feel comfortable with telling you is..... try firstly to loosen the timing a little to see if some stability is the result.........Try going from 7-8-7-20 mem timings to 8-8-8-22 and see if the current-settings will allow.

If this is a little over your head, you may want to consider sitting down and start doing some extensive reading on the subject (on-line) as we all started somewhere........It really is quite hard to destroy modern motherboards with an incorrect value as there's so many fail-safes built into them........generally they will just default back to a basic setting in order to boot.

Hi

Well if we assume that al the cables and connections are ok and there are no faulty/loose ones the next thing is to check is the memory.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

I would suggest that you download and run the latest version of  Memtest86+ to check your RAM first.

Memtest86+        http://www.memtest.org/

Insert one stick of memory in slot 1 and run Memtest on it for at least 10 complete loops/cycles and if there are no errors then swap it over with the next one and continue untill you have checked all  modules.

If you have any errors the module is faulty.

If you have any faulty modules you will have to return the whole kit as they are matched.

Post back when you have done that with the results.

every two weeks or more closing on cold boot one time, i dont think my ram or somethink is damaged, i agree with allan maybe its extreme memory profile problem because is 4gb+ ram on 4gb working at many pcs i have seen perfectly, i have listen that for more gbs needs manualy setup.

i test with memtest, no problems at all, i think i find what it is.

with default bios the rams running at 1066 mhz 7-7-7-20 i see that from the cpu-z

i dont have any problems, but i wanna know why i have problem with xmp ..

because the rams i buy is 1600 mhz, i dont know alone to make it manual :) anyway i think performance its better.. it goes more faster i think i think i think, im not sure anyway .

Some memory even if it is rated at 1600 mhz doesn't have an XMP attached. You need to make all the setting manually in that situation.

That memory looks to be compatible and it does have an XMP as well. So that make things just that bit more simple.

I would suggest that it is probably a broken wire or motherboard track that is just failing long enough to cause a reboot. Try gently moving the power cables while the system is running and see if you can replicate the issue.
