DM (Dark Mantis) the Moderator will probable see this post in the next hour or two and possibly give you advice on some possibility of an alternative.... if that makes sense........there is the chance of a direct RMA but with the damage..........It will be DMs call.
Personally, it's a hard pill to swallow....... Even if it's damaged, Make sure you pack things BETTER then when they arrive. I've found in the UK retailers or Etailers will look for and use any and all excuses not to except faulty goods...........it's nothing personal, .... they just don't like the paper work associated with returns .
I've had a T.V knocked back in the past because of one of the 9 language copies of the cheap paper manual had some pen marks on it when I jotted down a RMA number while on the phone.
