Hi Friends,  ;)

Another little misfortune happened to me.
I fell backwards in the steps of the subway. My boots were wet with snow.

With the results, my elbows are very painful and my left side of the back (in area at the kidney) is hurt.
Must say that I received the blow in the ribs back.
These two areas (elbows and back) swelled much.

Fortunately the head, neck and spine are fine. Pfiew.

All that to say that, I started the year in '' back dive''...  ::)

So mabybe I write on forum less time ... on each day...

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident Gloup_Gloup and I hope that you will soon recover from it. Falls can be very nasty especially in the snow and ice. Just take it easy and we will be happy to see you on the forum for as much time as you feel comfortable.

Get better soon mate.

Hi Gloup_Gloup,

I hope you feel better soon as I know how painful such injuries can be. Not a good start for the New Year but on the positive side, hopefully that is the worst that will happen to you in 2012.

Hi Friends,  ;)

Thanks a lot for your reply and wishes for speedy recovery in health.  :P

The swelling in the elbow continued to decline.

But the pain in the lower back is still quite sensitive and I have to pay attention to the movements I do with my back.

So I am not dead...  :P

Hi Aussie Allan,  ;)

No, but just support the forearm on the desktop and type messages, at least 7-8 January was pretty special.
It was quite sensitive.

By lucky, my moral is good. Not very, very, very good. But is good... pfiew.  :P
