the PC boots into windows fine.All works perfect.
But during powering up after post always turn itself off completely, wait 2-3 seconds,
and then turn itself back on post2 and load win.
No overclocking, bios reset, then flashed with F4, bios optimal defaults loaded,
I remuve SDD and HDD and nothing has changed.
think that in addition to optimal settings in BIOS there is something wrong.
do you have a suggestion how do I determine what is wrong
