Q: Try booting with only one memory stick in RAM slot # 1 and see if dual boot takes place.
A: I tried, and the same happens
Q: Is this dual boot common to both cold starts and warm restarts from within Windows?
A: here's what I discovered
no problem:
- when the computer is restarted from windows
- when computer is completely unpluged from the wall and then turned on
problem occurs when powering on computer and it is bean previously turned off and all time pluged in to the wall.
Q: How and when did this problem surface? (New computer rebuilt, hardware mod, added device, BIOS change....)
A: New computer
Q: When you re-flashed your BIOS to F4, did you used the original BIOS file you had downloaded or did you download a fresh version?
A: I did not understand this. I flashed with downloaded orig. BIOS from Gigabyte site. F4 is latest version
Q: Can you expand the listing of your system to include all devices that are attached to your system. (Includes Keyboard, mouse, all devices...)
A: Keyboard - Logitech USB Ulta x Media, mouse USB Logitech M-BT83, Lite-On iHAS122 DVD Writer
Q: Have you changed any initial settings of BIOS F4 defaults install? If so which one(s)?
yes only: PCH SATA Control Mode to:/AHCI/ and Full Screen LOGO Show to: /Disabled/
Q: Use the CPU, MEMORY and SPD tabs in CPU Z and then post pictures of the info it displays for these three tabs to this thread.

Q: What is the intent of the two pictures posted in your first post? Why is the purpose of the second picture?
mistake, I wanted to attach a picture of the second raising of the mark BIOS F4 /Disabled/
