USB Issue.

I recently bought a GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with a core i5 processor. After hours of troubleshooting, the problem I am facing is my USB ports. I have one device plugged into my USB port (my mouse) and if I plug in another device my computer wont even boot. The BOIS will post and then I get to the windows splash screen with the 4 colors flying in(windows 7 64 bit)... it just hangs here. I plugged in another usb device and it did the same thing. Is there a bois setting I need to change so my computer can use USB devices? I'm stumped. Any help appreciated.

What happens if you connect the USB devices after windows have reached the desktop?
Have you tried different USB ports?

I heard the windows "dinng' noise but the device wont show up. I installed the USB 3.0 drivers and tried all the ports. I am not even sure why my mouse is working. I disabled legacy and other BIOS options but no success.

If you look in device manager, are there any devices with yellow triangles?
Does the USB devices appear in the device manager after you hear the sound?
