I have EX38-DQ6 motherboard with bios F4d. I bought SSD OCZ Agility 3 but I have issues with it. Many BSODs when connected to Intel SATA controller.

At the moment it is 8.9.1.1002. Is there a chance for a bios update with newer version of Intel option ROM - 9.6, 10.1, 10.6.
My system has never been overclocked.
