Nic Teaming software for Windows 7x64 and X58-UD5

Can you point me to a link where I can get a Realtek nic diagnostic application to allow for Nic teaming this board on Win7x64.  The diagnostic utility on the CD won't install under Windows 7, keeps asking for network protocols to be installed.

Motherboard manual Page 90 says a program called 'Realtex Ethernet Teaming Utility' is on the cd but its not

This teaming tool is included inside driver. Have user installed LAN driver?
If yes, please go to "Ethernet Diagnostic Utility" to use teaming.

Yes the driver is installed however there is no "Ethernet Diagnostic Utility" installed with the latest driver downloaded from Gigabytes Lan driver in the drivers section for the board.  I did find the utility on the disk, however it will not install on Windows 7x64... and thus we have our problem.
