Hi
First of all I am no computer expert so dummie guide replies would be appreciated.
My system is as below and is currently working ok with 1 x 4GB od DDR3 ram
If I try using 2x 4 GB of the same type of RAM the machine shuts down several times per day,If I try using 1 x 8GB of Ram(GSKILL DDR3=1333) the machine hangs at the "loading Windows" screen and will not boot any further.I have tried both slots.
I beleive the BIOS is the latest version The whole system is just a few months old.(please don't reply get it fixed on warranty as it was purchesd abroad and costly shipping is involved)
I ran MEM tests an all memory sticks seem to be ok.
Please help
Thanks for any replies
