‏z68x-ud3h-b3 just shutdown for no reason.

A Brand new ‏z68x-ud3h-b3 just shutdown, when I was away from the pc...
when I tried to start it again nothing happened.. I had to take the power cord out and in again...
I replaced 2 PSU, the first one was antec 520W, now the new one is Corsair AX850, and I have the same issue...
What could this be ?
I mean it happened only twice.. but still its strange its a new computer.. I just bought the motherboard..

What could this be ? ..... definitely not the PSU! .... I have one of the AX850 ..... very tidy piece of kit!

  Right!.... so we know the motherboard and PSU! ...... what else? ......

   And how is it all connected up? .....(ports, GPU and memory size and population)

   How long did you have it built and running before it fell over ? ...

   giving you the golden answer Without more detail ...... most would be guessing...

Ok, well first, thanks for your attention.
Well I am using a Thermaltake Chaser MK-i, so what I simply did is connecting the power, reset, leds cables just like its written down on the board, I also used the manual, + PWR -, Dont think I had any mistake here, I also Had the front USB, ESATA Ports and all those are united at one Blue Wide cable with a special pin on the top of it, I connected it to the motherboard in the right way with the pin face up into the small line-hole.
I have it built and working in about a week ago, this happened today.

Could this have something to do with the fact that my HDD set to go to sleep on windows 7 ?

Hello kujinke 

Go to Control Panel/System and Security/Administrative Tools/View Event Logs/Windows Logs/System.
Check the Critical Errors in column "Level" to see what is recorded.

There are only warnings and few Errors, but nothing critical.

It isn't helping.

Have you stress-tested everything?  (memtest, IntelBurnTest, Prime95, log temps and voltages)

Are you using the latest BIOS, if not updating might help.   Also be sure you set your memory voltage to the specified amount for your kit.

Memory should be in slots 1+3 or 2+4 from the CPU outwards.
