The first thing to do is make sure that you have all the correct details regarding your motherboard. Firstly you need the model number and then the revision number. This is printed on the board's left hand side near the PCIE slots. It would appear that there is only one option here and the revision should be

F5i so you can download it and save it somewhere where you can find it again. Once downloaded you can unzip the file and there should be three seperate files packed in there. You only require the actual BIOS file. Copy this to a small USB pendrive.
In the BIOS you can find the
QFlash utility. during use on the QFlash homepage disable the option
Keep DMI data before moving on. Once you get the chance you can run the file of the pendrive. You will need to have this drive installed before booting up.
