New GTX 480 SOC Fan

Does anyone know if i'd be able to get a replacement GTX 480 SOC fan from? I've scoured the gigabyte website and can't find anything that relates to it or even an email address i could write to.

Also can someone also post a link of where to get updated an updated bios from please.

what have happened to the original fan? is the card still under warranty?

It's just not running as fast as it should or as the other 2. I'm not sure if it's under warrenty as got it second hand, but still in contact with the seller. Would a proof of purchase be needed for it to get sorted under warrenty?

I've scored the gigabyte website but can't find where to get the bios' from, just the flashing software :-(

Hallo,

You need send to RMA, they will replace the fan, or the entire heatsink. There's no replacement option in website.
