HI,
Sorry if this is the wrong country's form but I do not see a North America forum. I received a my motherboard back on friday(RMA# USA-1270758) and attempted to test it last night. After doing a block test I found the same issue I initially sent it in for. I am not sure what was done to test or repair it as there was no included documents in email or sent with it other than a generic paper about testing post and no video.
While my issue is a non accesible POST it is not a boot loop and I have not been able to find a thread with a similar issue. I attached an image of the bios splash screen where the boot sequence freezes. I cannot access bios settings and there is no beep or light codes. GA-Z68XP-UD3 rev 1.3
My question is, is there a place I can see what was done during the first RMA to test this board and why it was deemed repaired? And the follow up being, do I need to pay to ship this board back for a second RMA with the likelihood of a repeat experience?
I am a big fan of Gigabyte and have had no issue with most of your products, however this RMA process has been off putting.
Thank you in advance for any help with this issue.
