z77x up4 th beta bios'

I waiting on my mobo arriving today, i've pre-downloaded the f3 bios onto usb stick, should i use one of the newer beta bios' or you suppose i'll be ok with the f3, just want 3570k @ 4.7 ish.
any important updates in the beta bios'?

* i would have gone up5 or sniper 3 if funds permitted but whatever.

Firstly let me say that I hope that you are pleased with your new motherboard once you get your paws on it. Nothing like some new hardware to play with! 

Once a BIOS beta or full makes it onto Gigabytes website it is fairly safe to use as it is at the end of it's testing stages at least. I have used very many beta versions and hardly ever had any problem whatsoever with them. I am afraid that there is not often much info on the changes that have been made so often it is just a case of "suck it and see".

Anyway good luck with the upgrade.

Force gt 120gb ssd, slight improvement over the z68 board, though i've yet to optimize it further by disabling more features.I'm using only the z77 usb3 ports, the lower two at the back panel and i've a 2 port header connected inside to the usb30 connector.
looking to get a gen3 nvidia gpu in a few weeks, i'm interested in more than 2gb vram, however.
