EZ Smart Response won't run/Z68A-D3H-B3

Hi,

New member here.  I have a Z68A-D3H-B3 motherboard, just flashed to the newest A13 BIOS.

I've downloaded and tried to run the EZ Smart Response tool to enable Intel's Smart Response technology easily but all I get is the program graphic and nothing happens when executed. 

What can I do?

i just tried this today, i am running the new hybrid uefi bios, i jusst installed a new ssd as boot drive so i was going to use my cache ssd for my storage drive but since ez smart response isn't working i guess i won't because i am not deleting my almost full 1tb drive
