Dear all,
As in the subject, I already have a RMA number but before sending the videocard I would like to be sure about the RMA form.
The first step was to apply for a RMA request, then I received an email with all the information of the request (Request code, Model, SN, problem, invoice, etc,)
The question is: That email is the RMA form? If not, where can I find it?
