P55A-UD3 PCI-X x16 slot doesn't work, help needed!

P55A-UD3 PCI-X x16 slot doesn't work, help needed!

Can't seem to get my GB gtx 460 1gb OC to work in the x16 slot (works ok in x4 but a lot slower).

Everything is up to date.

P55A-UD3
Intel i5 760
Win 7 64
8gb RAM

Any help would be appreciated :)
