Hi and welcome.
You have made an error in the motherboard name, I don't know whether we are dealing with a P67 or H67 board. Anyhow, This can happen for a number of reason and all of which seem to be different. Try doing these first and we will try to narrow it down.
Here is a utility that you can see if your system supports Intel vPro Technology:
http://www.intel.com/support/processors/tools/vptu/sb/CS-023240.htm
Make sure that you have Optimised BIOS Default settings loaded.
Check that your memory modules are in the correct slots ie normally DDR3_1 and DDR3_3

Hello my friend,
The board name is correct ( I can take a pic of the box if you like) its an H67 chipset and I have allready flashed the bios to the final version (F3) . I have 4 dimms of 2GB DDR3 @ 1600 modules , total 8GB running at 1333. The bios have the default values and really dont know what else to do !
Thank you very much !!!

Hi Buddy,
Sorry my bad about the name just didn't recognise it at first. :-[
I notice that the link no longer works either and I got that off the Intel site. ::)
Maybe a more comprehensive list of your hardware might help.
