BIOS problems with GTX 580 / GV-N580UD-15I (rev. 1.0)

So i have some massive problems with doing an update on my BIOS on my GTX 580 / GV-N580UD-15I (rev. 1.0)
My current BIOS are 70.10.17.00.01 and when i check the card on the Gigabyte site i can see that there are new BIOS out there, http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3684#bios

But i cant update with either @BIOS or Easy Boost, it always tells me that it's the wrong BIOS or that it just failed.
This is getting really annoying and no matter how much i google search this i cant find a solution.

Easy Boost tells me this:
Model/Location: GV-N580UD-15I (1,0,0)
Bios Version: F3
Model Name: GV-N580UD-15I
Model Location: bus 1, device 0, function 0

Can someone help me with this?
