Thank you for the fast answer.  I have tray to revive the board but without luck. When I do all the steps you described the motherboard starts without post anything end few seconds later reboots. After 3 times doing all this starts and don’t reboot anymore.  I think it trays to load second bios chip but the problem is that this motherboard have only one bios chip.

Regarding the revive function I can't help you, I just told you what Gigabyte Support told me, sorry.
I would try with the other CPU if you haven't already done that, sometimes BIOSes reset their parameters further when they discover a new processor.
Otherwise send in for repair and refer to the BIOS bug (discovered by Gigabyte engineers in Germany). Nothing is broken, they just update the firmware and you get the same board back.

Hello all!
I have the same Bug with memory Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 and BIOS version F2.
Has anyone tried older BIOS version F1? Maybe it has no this bug?

The problem appears in both F1 and F2. You need to ask Gigabyte for the updated BIOS version that was supposed to be released a year ago to fix these problems.
