[990xa-UD3] Double boot problem

Hi gigabyte community !

So, I just got a 990xa-ud3 two days ago, with a fx8350. My ddr3 is corsair xms 2000 9-10-9-27, and my power supply Corsair AX750.

Well, I got troubles with this configuration. As soon as I overclock the cpu (even at 4.2Ghz, which is the turbo frequency), my computer do "double boot" :

If I turn on the computer, it starts for one second, then shutdown, then restart and go ok to windows.
If I reboot the computer from windows, it shutdown, then restart and go ok to windows.
If I reboot from setup, it shutdown and then restart and go ok to windows.

I tried a lot of things, such as touch the CPU PLL voltage, as recommended on a french forum, take out my GPU and put another one, I put my DDR to very low frequency to be sure. I don't know what to do.

By the way, on my mobo manual they say that if i press ctrl+F1 in the setup, I'll have access to hidden fonctions, but it do nothing.

I have another problem, my vCore seems quite unstable. I explain, when I'm in load (OCCT) the vCore goes from 1.39v to 1.428v (in the setup I put +0.0v to the vCore, so it's not at auto). No matter what value I put to LLC (which value are quite weird by the way) it's always the same, my vCore doesn't want to stay at a specific value.

This is actually a problem to overclock, because it's unstable.

So if one of you guys got a solution, I will be very thanksfull !

EDIT : I forgot, my mobo is a rev 3.0, and the bios is up to date (FD version).

The problem is very simple ,the overclocking watchdog is kicking in.
So your settings are not validated.
You can very hard find boards that overclock 8350 substantially.

If you have the APM setting disable that and see if anything changes though i doubt.
The board is simply protecting itself to avoid fire or damage.
Over & Out !

AMD FX (APU-s included) users should install - KB2645594 & KB2646060 under Windows 7

1.ASUS Sabertooth 990FX 2.0 + FX 6300 + H60
2.MSI A88X-G41 PC Mate + A8 5600K + Hyper TX 2
3.Gigabyte F2A75-D3H + A4 5300
4.ASUS AM1M-A + Athlon 5150

I don't have APM option in the BIOS, someone on a french forum already told me that. Instead of that I got "HPC" for High Performance Computing, which avoid the frequency variation during burn. It was on Disable and frequency was moving from 4.4Ghz to 3.4Ghz all the time on OCCT, so I enabled it and that was ok.

So the mobo is protecting itself, even if I put 4.1 or 4.2Ghz ? Which is the turbo frequency ?
By the way another person on another forum had this problem and solved it by modifying CPU PLL from 2.5v to 2.665v, I tried that but it did nothing.

But this guy has a 1100T instead of my 8350 :/

EDIT : Ok if I put again the HPC option on disable, my computer do a triple boot :/

Actually the biggest problem for me is more the vCore. The LLC should work, but not for me :(
