When will a new non-beta BIOS release for the GA-Z77X-UDH5 rev 1.0 ? When will F15 be released as stable?

I still have an HD4000 flicker issue in Windows 8, that wasn't an issue with Windows 7. Yet MS and Intel claim it's my motherboard BIOS and not the HD4000 IGP or the Windows drivers.
Either way. The 15q has been beta for a long time now. I am still using F14 and would like to use F15 when it's no longer beta. When will F15 be released as stable?
