As a matter of interest, when you were changing the Host Frequency and the System Memory Multiplier did you also change the Performance Enhance Setting to Turbo or Extreme to see if that makes a difference. In your pictures it is set to Standard.

As I don't run Intel myself, I am not sure what this does (maybe Dark Mantis or someone else can say) but it is something that I would try out, just to see what difference, if any, it makes.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.

That's a good point absic115. Something I hadn't thought about, it maybe that it would increase the available settings to allow a higher ratio.
