Another problem on F3 bios is, dont work DVI until boot system. Its meen if you dont have VGA monitor you can't modify bios, because you don't see it.

This MB has problem with DVI output. You can solve it by adding 2 resistors, value between 2,2k and 4,7k, on the DVI cable.
One resistor connected between pins 6 and 14 (DDC clock and +5V) and another between pins 7 and 14 (DDC data and +5V) on the DVI.
This solved the problem for me.
