UD5 won't start up

UD5 won't start up

System powers up, LED debug code show 60. Nothing displays on monitor. System then resets after a few seconds.

Keeps doing this until power is cut.

Any thoughts?

BIOS,more hardware spec....?

I did some research and it might be the memory. Like X58 said we need some more spec on your computer.
